Most orders to Canada & United States will arrive within 5 to 10 business days. International orders varies greatly depending on country and can be anywhere between 2 to 9 weeks after accounting for potential custom delays.

We ship the majority of bits in Kraft bubble envelopes. If you don't receive your package within the expected delivery time, be sure to check your pile of mail and around your doorsteps that the postman may have left the package.

Packages by default are shipped with partial tracking and are uninsured.  If you like to get full tracking and insurance on your order, be sure to select "Tracked Packet" for the shipping method when checking out.

We specialize in selling bits but do occasionally sell sealed model kits as well. With that said, if you are looking to buy multiple kits and would like a quote, feel free to send us an email and we can get you a quote.

In most cases, you will save between 15% off MSRP on your order depending on the items purchased. Additionally, we cover all sales tax for customer when applicable, so your purchases are always tax free.

In most cases, you can expect a 2 week delay on custom quoted orders as we will have to specifically order them in.

Yes, we have a 30-Day Refund Policy. If you purchased an item by mistake or simply changed your mind, you can contact us with your Order # with the date of purchase and we will provide you a return address.

After the item is received and inspected for damages or missing items, a refund will be issued within 1-2 days minus a 10% restocking fee. 

If your order arrives damaged, contact us with a detailed description and/or picture of what you received and we will do our best to sort it out for you.

Bit points are essentially points you collect when making a purchase, referring a friend or do a number of other activities. The points can be converted and redeemed for cash dollars on future purchases.

The more bit points collected (spent/unspent), the higher the rank status. Having a higher rank allows you to convert bits points to cash dollars at a better rate, earn more points for purchases and number of other perks.

Yes we do buy used models.  If you are interested in selling your painted models, send us pictures with a detail list of what you are selling.  We will get back to you with a quote.
